In Loving Memory - Jack Mama

Dear Friends:

It is with the greatest sadness I have ever known, andthe heaviest of all hearts, that I must announce my dog, my best friend in the world, the Leader of Our Pack, Jack Mama passed away early Saturday morning, April 25th 2009, around 3 am........He was just shy of 11 years old.

Jack Mama was such a huge part of my Life and opened up so many experiences for me that otherwise never would have happened.  All of the amazing people I met because of him astounds me – I literally cannot imagine where I would be or what direction my Life might’ve taken if it was not for him.

He is the reason I started dog-walking in 2003, which introduced me to a profession that is based on, and constantly surrounded by Love. How many people can say that about their job/career? Being able to “work” with Jack everyday made it feel like I was never working at all – we just do what we do with Our Pack out at the dog parks… Jack taught me about Unconditional Love, patience, responsibility, caring, trying to have as much fun as possible each and every day, and so so much more.

I truly appreciate the support of everyone who has been there for Me and Jack, throughout our whole lives but especially over the last few, most difficult weeks and days. Your presence and support was (and is) invaluable at the one time we both needed it most. Thank You!

Jack Mama, I told you a million times this week, you’re a Good Boy, I Love You, and you are my Best Friend. I miss you already..... I will miss you always.
